Noxon Giffen was commissioned by Qantas Airways for a new Customer Service facility within Terminal 3 at Sydney Airport. 
The project provides Staff Office and break-out spaces and an Unaccompanied Minors Lounge within a glass clad enclosure which responds to the existing airport geometry and design concepts. The ‘pod’ is demountable and minimises structural and mechanical intervention to the terminal. Noxon Giffen adopted a ‘recycling’ approach to the design and utilised recycled glass, desk and display elements from elsewhere in the airport maximising ‘best value’ whilst using relatively high quality materials.
